A partner of the firm, Andrew Hayes is licensed in the state of Washington and as a B.C. Practitioner of Foreign Law (U.S. law). Andrew exclusively practices U.S. immigration law, particularly business immigrant and non-immigrant case types, border issues, and consular matters.

Andrew has worked with Duncan since 2004, after receiving a B.A. in English and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Rochester in NY. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in May 2012.
