An associate attorney at the firm, Jacob McCoy practices exclusively immigration law and is licensed in Washington state. Jacob has experience with investor immigration as well as removal defense, family adjustment cases, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Jacob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Whitworth College. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Jacob is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Before attending law school, Jacob served in the United States Peace Corps in Ecuador.
