By Car:
From the West: on I-90, exit on Maple Street, exit 280, go north (turn left) onto Walnut Street. Turn right on 3rd Avenue. Turn left onto Lincoln Street. Turn left on Riverside, Courthouse will be the second building on the right.
From the East: on I-90, exit on Lincoln, proceed to Riverside. Turn left on Riverside. The U.S. Courthouse will be the second building on the right.
From the Airport: From the Spokane International Airport, proceed on I-90 Eastbound to the Exit on Maple Street, go north, and turn right on Third Avenue. On Third Avenue, proceed to Lincoln and turn left on Lincoln. Turn left on Riverside. The Courthouse will be the second building on the right.
Public Transportation:
Contact Spokane Transit at (509) 328-7433 for the bus route nearest you. The Spokane Bus Terminal and train station are located in the same building. From the bus/train station proceed Westbound on Sprague Ave. to Monroe St. Turn right onto Monroe St. and proceed Northbound to Riverside Ave. Turn left onto Riverside Ave. and proceed one block. The Federal building is on the right.
Parking:
Metered Parking and parking lots are available and range from $3.00 - $8.00 per day.
Accessibility for Individuals with Special Needs: The building and restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
Public Hours:
The Spokane Sub Office is open to the public from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday. The office is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and on Federal holidays.
To Visit This Office:
In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website. If you are unable to schedule an appointment using INFOPASS, you may send an appointment request by mail to USCIS, U.S. Courthouse, 920 West Riverside, Spokane, WA 99201. You may also contact this office via email at ins.inquiries.spo@dhs.gov PLEASE NOTE: This office is closed on Fridays.
Paying Fees: Please note that this office does not accept cash. Fees must be paid by personal check, money order, or cashiers check.
