By Car: Take Interstate 55. Exit at the Pearl Street Exit. Head west on Pearl Street. Turn right onto Farish Street. The Citizenship and Immigration Services and Application Support Center is located inside the McCoy Federal Building on the left at the corner of Farish and Capitol.

To Visit the Office: In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website. The office hours are: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30PM.
