From Interstate 5, take the Palomar exit. Head east on Palomar. Go three miles. Turn left on Third Avenue. From Interstate 805, take the exit for Orange Avenue. Head west on Orange Avenue. Turn right onto Third Avenue. The office is on the right.

Public transportation to the Chula Vista Field Office is available through the Chula Vista and National City Transit Line. Buses that provide service to 3rd Street and Palomar Street are available from the H and Palomar Streets Trolley Stations
Parking:
There is free public parking available near the office. Customers should not park in spaces marked with “Children’s Hospital” because their vehicle will be towed.

To Visit This Office:
In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment by visiting www.infopass.uscis.gov. Residents of San Diego county may schedule an INFOPASS appointment at either the or Chula Vista or San Diego Field Office. Please note: As of October 1, 2007, the San Diego Field Office will only provide a limited number of time slots for INFOPASS appointments. PLEASE NOTE: The Chula Vista and San Diego Field Offices are CLOSED on Wednesdays.
Methods of Payment for Filing Fees: Cash, money orders, or personal checks (with proper identification), are accepted when filing forms in person at the Chula vista Customer Service Center.
