All other counties in Idaho fall under the jurisdiction of the USCIS office in Spokane, Washington.

How to Find This office:
Located on South Vinnell Way, just North of Overland Road. We are beside the Wal-Mart and next to the Social Security Office.

Directions:

By Car:
Take Interstate 84 to Cole/Overland Exit. Go West on Overland Road; turn right on South Vinnell Way. The office is beside the Wal-Mart and next to the Social Security Office.

Public Transportation:
Take Bus Number 265. The Bus stops at the Wal-Mart, which is near our office. Call 208-336-1010 for the bus schedule.

Parking:
There is free parking at the office.

Accessibility for Individuals with Special Needs: The building and restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.

Public Hours:
Public Information: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The Information desk is closed on Wednesdays. PLEASE NOTE: This office is CLOSED on Wednesdays from 12:00PM to 4:00PM. The office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays also.
Fingerprints: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM. Customers MUST have an appointment letter from USCIS to have fingerprints taken.

To Visit This Office: In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website.

Paying Fees: Fees may be paid only with cashiers check or money order.
